When profiling our own databases we noticed that our happiest clients tend to have the same characteristics:
- They tend to be worried about how to grow their business in a mature market, and need to maintain and grow more profitable relationships
- They may have used external telemarketing companies before and been disappointed by the lack of understanding of their actual business needs, frustrated that the sales leads expected haven’t materialised, or simply become resentful that the hard earned money invested has been wasted
- They realise their customer relationships develop over time, so a cherry-picking approach to telemarketing is very rarely appropriate
